Penyanyi 90an: Incubus, dari Bangku SMA hingga Jadi Idola

Fimela.com, Jakarta Incubus turut menghiasi masa kejayaan musik di era 90-an. Selain pemainan instrumen yang apik, mereka juga hadir dengan satu poin plus lain. Adalah suara dari sang vokalis, Brandon Boyd yang dikenal begitu khas.

Band pelantun Love Hurts ini terbentuk tahun 1991 silam di Calabasas, California, Amerika Serikat. Kala itu, para personelnya masih duduk di bangku Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan hanya sesekali eksis nge-band.

Kemudian, nama Incubus tercipta ketika mereka harus menyertakan nama band untuk manggung. Incubus ketika itu kerap bermain di berbagai klub malam di Los Angeles, Amerika.

Setelah 4 tahun berkelana, Incubus akhirnya dapat menelurkan album perdana bertajuk Fungus Amongus tahun 1995 silam. Sejak terbentuk hingga kini, tercatat telah 8 album yang mereka suguhkan ke industri musik.
