Fimela.com, Jakarta Ikan apa pun enak jika diolah dengan bumbu acar kuning. Tapi seperti apa cara mem buat bumbu acar ikan yang enak, gurih, asam pedas manisnya pas? Jika tertarik membuat bumbu acar kuning untuk ikan, ini resep yang bisa dicoba.
Bahan:
- 5 buah cabai rawit
- 2 buah mentimun
- 2 buah wortel
- 1 buah cabai merah besar
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 1 buah jeruk nipis
- 1 batang serai
- 1 sdm cuka
- 1/2 sdm gula pasir
- garam dan lada bubuk
Bumbu halus:
- 6 siung bawang merah
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 4 butir kemiri (goreng dulu)
- 2 cm kunyit

Cara membuat:
- Kupas, belah dan buang isi mentimun lalu potong korek api. Potong korek api juga wortel dan cabai merah yang sudah dibuang bijinya. Kerat-kerat cabai rawit tapi jangan sampai putus, biarkan utuh.
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga matang. Masukkan serai geprek dan daun salam.
- Masukkan mentimun, wortel, dan cabai. Tuang sedikit air, masak hingga sayuran matang.
- Masukkan garam, lada, gula, air perasan jeruk nipis dan cuka. Aduk rata.
- Tes rasa, jika sudah pas sesuai selera, angkat.
- Siramkan bumbu acar untuk ikan yang sudah digoreng, bisa ikan mujair, gurame, nila, bawal dan lain sebagainya.
- Jika ingin bumbu acar lebih meresap ke dalam daging ikan, masukkan ikan ke dalam bumbu yang tengah dimasak sekitar 1 menit sebelum disajikan.
Nikmati ikan bumbu acar dengan nasi hangat.
