Bahan-Bahan
- 500 gram kentang, kupas lalu kukus 25 menit
- 7 sdm tepung maizena
- 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk
- 1/2 sdt lada hitam
- 2 batang daun bawang prei, rajang halus

Cara Membuat
1. Lumatkan kentang kukus sampai lembut.
2. Bumbui kentang dengan kaldu bubuk dan lada hitam. Masukkan bawang prei dan tepung maizena. Aduk rata.
3. Bentuk adonan memanjang, lalu potong-potong, kemudian pipihkan dengan menekan permukaannya pakai garpu.
4. Panaskan minyak yang agak banyak dengan api sedang.
5. Goreng potato pillow sampai kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
