Bikin sambal itu banyak variasinya, salah satu variasi sambal adalah sambal kemiri. Yang ini nggak butuh banyak bahan tapi enaknya nendang. Ini resepnya.
Bahan-bahan:
- 5 butir kemiri
- 5 buah cabai rawit merah
- 5 buah cabai rawit hijau
- 1 buah tomat kecil
- 2 siung bawang putih
- garam secukupnya
- minyak goreng panas
Cara membuat:

- Goreng semua bahan, ulek hingga halus bersama garam. Panaskan minyak panas dan siram secukupnya di atas sambal.
Sambal kemiri sudah jadi dan siap dinikmati dengan nasi hangat serta lauk favorit.
