Bahan-Bahan
- 250 gram kerupuk warna-warni
- 5 siung bawang putih, iris
- 1 sdt cabai bubuk
- 1 ruas jaru kencur, iris
- 3 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulang daunnya
- 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur
- minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara Membuat
1. Rendam kerupuk dalam minyak dingin selama 15 menit. Lagu, goreng dengan api kecil sambil terus diaduk-aduk. Jangan dibiarkan mengembang. Goreng sampai matang dan bantat. Angkat, tiriskan.
2. Goreng bawang putih, kencur, dan daun jeruk. Angkat, tiriskan.
3. Tumbuk bawang putih, kencur, dan daun jeruk. Tambahkan cabai bubuk. Aduk rata.
4. Campurkan bumbu dengan kerupuk. Aduk rata. Seblak kering siap dinikmati.
