Bahan-Bahan
- 300 gram butternut pumpkin
- 1/4 butir bawang bombay, cincang halus
- 1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
- 1 sdm mentega
- 50 ml susu cair
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur
- 1/3 sdt lada bubuk
- air kaldu ayam secukupnya
- oregano secukupnya
Cara Membuat
1. Kupas dan iris butternut pumpkin. Taburi dengan garam dan lada, lalu panggang hingga matang. Lumatkan.
2. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay dengan mentega higga harum. Masukkan air kaldu ayam. Aduk rata.
3. Masukkan butternut pumpkin. Tambahkan garam, lada, kaldu jamur, dan oregano. Masak sebentar. Matikan api.
4. Haluskan adonan sup dengan blender. Lalu, masak kembali dengan menambahkan susu. Masak hingga semua bahan larut.
5. Angkat dan sajikan.
