Bahan-Bahan
- 1 buah pepaya muda ukuran kecil, kupas lalu parut kasar
- 5 ekor udang, kuliti
- 6 butir bawang merah, iris
- 3 siung bawang putih, iris
- 5 buah cabai rawit, iris
- 2 buah cabai merah
- 1 ruas lengkuas
- 3 butir kemiri
- 2 sdt garam
- 1,5 sdt gula pasir
- 3 sdm kecap manis
- 2 sdt gula merah
- 400 ml air
Cara Membuat
1. Remas pepaya parut dengan garam, remas-remas sebentar, bilas dengan air bersih, tiriskan.
2. Haluskan cabai merah, kemiri, lengkuas, gula, dan garam.
3. Tumis bumbu halus dan bumbu iris sampai harum.
4. Masukkan pepaya. Tambahkan air, gula merah, dan kecap manis.
5. Tambahkan udang. Aduk dan masak hingga udang matang dan bumbu meresap. Angkat dan sajikan.
