First off, all you need is some agility cones or really anything you can mark in a square that will surround your static plank hold. Position these cones just far enough so you can reach and lightly tap them. 1. With a Partner number the cones 1 to 4. Have your partner call out numbers at random and you must reach for and tap the specific cone. 2. On your own set a timer and at random reach out and lightly tap the cones one at a time for a set duration. The hard part like any plank exercise where you're moving limbs away from the body and taking away a point of contact is the balance. Don't let your hips turn to the side.
