Bahan-Bahan
500 gram kentang siap goreng
6 siung bawang putih, dicincang
1 sdt garam
2 sdm minyak kanola
daun peterseli atau seledri cincang secukupnya
Cara Membuat
1. Goreng kentang, angkat dan tiriskan.
2. Tumis bawang putih dengan minyak kanola.
3. Masukkan kentang goreng ke tumisan bawang, taburi garam.
4. Aduk secukupnya, taburi dengan daun peterseli atau seledri cincang.
5. Sajikan selagi hangat dengan saus favoritmu.
